氮化硅陶瓷材料具有优良的机械性能， 被广泛应用于制造机械部件、切削刀具。本公司生产的优质氮化硅粉体，选用优质金属硅原料，经超细粉碎，在大型反应烧结炉中制取，质量控制严密，批量大，质量稳定。制成的粉体有微米级亚微米级。
Silicon nitride ceramic materials have very good mechanical performances and they are widely used as mechanical parts and cutting tools.our excellent silicon nitride powder is made of good metal silicon and after unique grinding,the powder are manufactured in the RBSN furnace and the quality is very stable.The finished powder is divided in two grade: micron grade mid submicron grade.
